What’s the best way to buy something?

Online, during regularly scheduled website releases. We post information about these release about a week to two weeks ahead of time so you have plenty of time to plan. Turn on post notifications on Insta and sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss a thing.

Any tips for placing an order quickly?

Yes! Set an alarm for 5 minutes prior to the release time. Pull up the website and refresh until you see the products go live. Add to cart and checkout as quickly as possible. Use a browser that allows your information to autofill with a single click (I like Chrome). Be sure your credit card number and billing address are entered completely accurately to avoid getting blocked by our website. Have or go somewhere with a strong wifi connection.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?

Unfortunately our website does not have that feature. The person who checks out first is the person who gets the piece.

Is there only one piece in each style? 

All of my pieces are one of a kind. I may have a few pieces that are similar but every piece is a unique piece of art that takes hours of work on each individual piece. I create what makes me happy, and my interests can change frequently but I will revisit all of my designs

Care

While pottery is relatively durable, use with care. Hand wash with warm water and soap, non-microwavable.
